Get Your Infertility Symptoms Right before Getting Pregnant

More and more young, healthy married couples are thinking of having a baby since most of them have been married over a year. With such strong and healthy bodies, the thought of female infertility has not crosses their minds until their doctor confirmed the diagnosis.

Since, most of the lab's confirmed that the problem lies with the female and not the male, this fact on female infertility may seem like a sharp blow on them as their doctor explained. With that, it is not the end of their planned chapter on parenthood; but a new chapter.

Some doctors upon knowing this is female infertility issues, they will took a detailed medical and family history to find out if there were any other symptoms of female infertility lurking around. Some symptoms they found are:

Not regular menstrual cycle

With very few females experiencing a full 28-day cycle; many have their menstruation once a couple of months. It is considered to be abnormal if it is less than 24-days or more than 35-days.

The woman's body does not have regular ovulation of the eggs

One can prevent female infertility by calculating when she ovulates, since there is a 24-hour window period where she is most fertile. As some say that if the menstrual cycle is regular, the woman must be ovulating, but this is incorrect as not all women ovulate every cycle.

Family History

Upon, finding out that your mom had trouble giving birth to you, and your hubby's sister or mom also had problem conceiving him and getting infertility treatment. Then, there is a higher chance of probability in terms of infertility treatments.

Age does matters

Whether the women are 35 or 40, it does not make them infertility individuals. It all depends on the eggs that they produce, however their egg production declines during the mid-30s. This will lead infertility issues as compare to women in their early 20s.

Is it often that stress is causing infertility?

When couples are diagnosed that they are suffering from infertility treatment, their stress levels will often go up. Why are they having stress, the reason is due to the fact that they thought they can everything in advance. They think it is easy to have kids. When they come to realize this, they will know never to take conception for granted.

Keep on asking yourself questions about why, how and when about conception will only make pregnancy harder. However, fret not that there more and more miracle babies are being born everyday.
