When submitting article to our directory you agree that:
1. You are either the original author of the article (and
have retained your rights to it), or you have acquired the exclusive world-wide
rights to use the article as you see fit.
2. We make no guarantee that we will publish any article
submitted to us. Furthermore, we reserve the right to remove any article
at any time without notice.
3. If we feel your article is better suited to a different
category, we will move it without telling you.
4. You are granting us full permission to
Publish your article on yesparenting.com and any of our
article directory partners.
Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to
syndicate.
Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly
newsletters.
5. You will not receive any monetary compensation for
articles published by us. We will, however, give you full
credit for the article, and will include a link to your site.
6. You will not include any affiliate links in the body of
your article. If you wish to promote an affiliate product, please do
so by using a redirect or other page on your own domain.
7. yesparenting.com may at any time translate your article
into various languages for our sister sites. We will still include
your resource box.
8. We reserve the right to change these terms of service at
any time. We will do our best to notify you of any changes (either
by posting them on the site, or by email) but cannot be held liable
for any failure to do so.
9. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with
your articles.
Publisher Terms of Service
1. You must not remove "Article kindly provided by <a href
src='http://www.yesparenting.com' >
Yes Parenting</a>" from any article you choose to publish.
2. The copyright for every article remains with the author.
Please do not change any links in the article or resource box,
unless you have the author's specific permission (eg to include your
own affiliate link for the author's products).
3. You must not change, edit, or reword any part of any
article not written by you.
4. You must keep all hyperlinks "live" so that they can be
clicked on by a reader and taken to the author's intended
destination.
5. You may NEVER use any article sourced from us in any type
of spam or unsolicited email promotion.
6. You agree to not publish any articles on sites that
contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
7. You do NOT have permission to sell or resell any of these
articles in any form, unless you have the author's specific
permission to do so. These articles are offered with FREE
reprint rights, and must continue to be so offered.

for either the content nor the originality of any articles. If
you believe the article has been stolen from you without your
